Fresh, Local & Thoughtfully Sourced

All of our bread and cakes are lovingly baked in our own bakery and delivered fresh to our cafés every day.

 

We’re proud to grow much of our own fruit and vegetables at Wild Farm, our sustainable, no-dig farm in Radlett. There, we follow a circular economy model, using every part of our produce to minimise waste and work in harmony with the environment.

For the ingredients we don’t grow or make ourselves, we carefully partner with local suppliers who share our values around sustainability and quality. Our dairy comes from Harefield, our meat is sourced locally from Pinner, and our coffee is fairtrade, just a few examples of the people and places we trust to help us serve you the best.
