OUR STORY
Hi, I’m Julie, the founder of Daisy’s in the Park, or Daisy’s at is affectionally known by the locals. Our first site opened in Pinner all the way back in the summer of 2010 on a classic British rainy day. The customers on that day were made up of local supporters of the West House Project and we couldn’t have been happier to serve our first coffees and slices of cake. Over the years, Daisy’s popularity has grown and flourished.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our philosophy hasn’t changed since Daisy’s opened back in 2010: To offer dishes made from uniquely sourced ingredients and homemade by our talents chefs and bakers. We make dishes suitable for all dietary requirements, spending habits,
and personal preferences.
Our bread and cakes are made in our own bakery and are delivered to our cafes fresh every day. Much of our fresh fruit and vegetables are from our own sustainable farm, Wild Farm, in Radlett. Here we operate a circular economy and no-dig beds to ensure we use the whole of everything and reduce waste as much as possible.
Follow our Wild Farm journey on social media @wildfarmradlett.
For ingredients we cannot grow or make ourselves, we only source from local suppliers who fit our sustainable criteria.
Our dairy comes from Harefield, our coffee is fairtrade, and our meat is from Pinner, to name just three suppliers.
